加密資產管理公司 Amber Group 於今（6日）傳出裁員近百人的消息，除了人力精簡部分，更有內部員工告知動區，目前 Amber 公司與旗下交易所 WhaleFin 恐怕營運不穩，有破產風險，因多位遭資遣的員工並未按合約領到賠償金，並遭到公司高層加入通訊軟體黑名單，等同失聯狀態；目前多名中國區域員工已報警處理並籌備提起告訴。
今晚 19 時，Amber Group 管理合夥人 Annabelle Huang 回應鏈上分析帳號 @Lookonchain 的推文，稱目前 Amber 資產安全可供提領：
資產很安全，Amber Group 持續照常營運，如果你們有任何疑慮，提款功能如常開放。
而 Amber Group 的官方推特也發文回應，稱公司與旗下 WhaleFin 營運不受影響：
通知我們的客戶和相關利益相關人，我們可以確認 Amber Group 和 WhaleFin 一切照舊。 在整個市場週期中，我們必須不斷調整我們的業務戰略、產品供給，從而調整內部團隊和職能。
