原本幣安交易所昨晚緊急關閉 BTC 提款功能後，已於今（8）日清晨恢復功能。但是就在上午 9:15 左右，幣安再次發推表示：
由於待處理的大量交易，我們暫時關閉了 BTC提款。
我們的團隊目前正在進行解決方案，並將盡快重新打開 BTC提款。
放心，資金是安全的。
We've temporarily closed #BTC withdrawals due to the large volume of pending transactions.
Our team is currently working on a fix and will reopen $BTC withdrawals as soon as possible.
Rest assured, funds are SAFU.

就在幣安再次喊停比特幣之後，BTC 的價格也在十五分鐘內快速跳水，最低來到 28,034 美元。
